The
EduCAM courses are based on the on-line (FAD)
or e-learning training and represent the more innovating method of "Technical
Training" to learn both theorical and practical notions that are
really important in the CAD/CAM sector.
 |
The CAM system:
In each course there is
a demonstrative and functioning version of
MASTERCAM,
that is the
worldwide
more in use CAD/CAM
software thanks to which you will put in practice the theorical subjects
and do the practical drills. This is one of the fundamental
characteristics of the EduCAM courses: push the technical
training towards a more concrete and practical world as similar as
possible to the CAD/CAM one.
|
 |
Lessons:
The courses
structure
is built upon easy, clear and exaustive lessons on different subjects
held with a huge amount of pictures to explain the subjects in study and
the activities of the CAM system given with the course.
|
 |
Exercises:
Each lessons is provided with easy exercises that will help the
understanding of how to work with the illustrated functions and how to
pu into practice what has been studied.
|
 |
Guided drills:
These courses are provided
with a lot of guided drills you can realize with the CAM system given
with the course. You can do even difficult operations thanks to
step-by-step textual indications and multimedial helps that, with easy
interactive animations, show the right way to proceed.
|
 |
Check
questions:
At the end of each course, there will be a test in order to check the
real comprehension of the explained notions with the possibility to
return to the lesson you had problems with.
|
 |
Practical
Laboratories:
The
EduCAM laboratories are made to "touch with your own hands"
your training experience so that, thanks to drills that are real CAD/CAM
workings,
you can compare your knowledge with some typical working situations.
|
 |
The
HelpDesk:
For each course there is a technical HelpDesk.
For problems or simply doubts, you will have
(by e-mail) the help of teachers and tutors from your course and
that's like having a teacher always there for you |
COURSES
CHARACTERISTICS
 |
Anyone who attends a
course
has
a username and a password to use the acquired course. After the log in,
the index of the entire course will appear to guide the user in his/her
training route.
|
 |
Each course is divided
in chapters and than again in lessons. Each
lessons explain an entire argument. Too long lessons are divided, to be
more clear, in single arguments each on a single subject.
|
 |
At the end of each
chapter there is a test with multiple questions.
The questions correction is used to let the user see his/her level of
knowledge and to give the training an evaluation in order to train the "EduCAM
Technicians" in the best way.
|
 |
Even if we talk about
on-line courses,
users are constantly followed in their own training route by the tutors
of the course. As a matter of fact the
EduCAM courses give a continuous monitoring of the "classroom
status", so that we can help or stimulate those who might have
problems or might go too slow in learning. That has proved to be very
interesting for companies because they can follow their own workers
training to have a look at their training investments.
